PrivyStrip sanitizes JPEG, PNG, and WebP images at the container level by removing metadata segments and chunks while leaving the compressed image data untouched. Your photos are not re-encoded or compressed, preserving 100% of their original visual quality.

Strips document metadata dictionaries and XMP packets from standard PDF files, including author names, titles, software creators, and document timestamps.
• Side-by-Side Verification
PrivyStrip includes a Before / After comparison tool. It scans both the original and the sanitized file using the same inspection engine to confirm that sensitive fields were removed.
